Content Honey has adopted a work on demand business model. This means we do not have an office packed with permanent, full-time employees. We use creative and technical ‘worker bees’ (expert partners) who come together on a per project basis; in the same way actors and film crews come together to create movies.
This lean workplace infrastructure keeps our overheads low and allows us to curate and hire top talent that best meets the client’s needs. Should lots of projects come in at once, we can scale up effortlessly rather than turn work away or have to tell people we can’t start on their new piece of work for several weeks.
